LikeAfter we came to a deal ,she spent over two hour explaining the entire car . plus she set up the entire console and OnStar before I left making sure I understood everything. The following day she called to make sure all was well with my purchase. I would send friends and family to and feel safe doing it.I had felt with the Rohrman dealership before and had a very bad experience so I was a little afraid of any dealership but Shelly was kind understanding and she really knowns her stuff.Plus the GM helped greatly with incentives that helped with the cost overall.This is a fair Honest Dealership you can't go wrong Always ask for Shelly my favorite lifesaver More

She completely explained and demonstrated all of the options inside and out of the vehicle, helped me program the Sirius Radio, On-Star system, then set up and reviewed the "Infotainment" system with me. Also a big thank you goes to Lou and Mike, more proffessionals! Lou was exceptional as he walked me through the contract (I had turned in a leased vehicle also) and completely explained it in a manner that I could fully understand. Not what I expected. I love my new 2018 GMC Yukon but I requested a new vehicle with zero miles and received a vehicle with 65 miles. The truck was delivered with the wrong tires and I completed an even trade with Discount Tires. The overall sales experience was not very good, the sales person was not very attentive, she kept taking other customer phone calls during our meeting and did not appear to be very knowledgable about vehicles in general. I do not feel comfortable with purchasing another vehicle from this dealer. More

Our current vehicle, with over 80,000 miles, needed more work and it was time to think new car. While in the waiting room, Shelley Barr, Sales Rep. came in to talk about a new deal being offered by GM. We chatted for a while. Two weeks later, I discussed some options with Mike Baker and decided to come in with my wife to look around at different models. I contacted Shelley and we met later that day. She was great. With some detailed mechanical information gotten from Mike Baker, we looked at four models, 2 Buick and 2 GMC. A test drive later and we were sold on the Terrain. We also met Mike, the Sales Mgr. He was great as well. All involved took great care to answer all questions and give us a great deal. This dealership is the best. If you want a car, see them! More
