I had both emailed and called the dealer to set up a drive (my intentions wer to buy that day) a new 2022 equinox rs. Both in email - the internet sales rep sent me back an email with exact car - and by drive (my intentions wer to buy that day) a new 2022 equinox rs. Both in email - the internet sales rep sent me back an email with exact car - and by phone twice I confirmed the car was on the lot. We were made an appointment with josh the sales rep at 5. Upon arrival josh acted as if he had no knowledge of what car we were interested in. When I showed him he told us that particular car had been released to their service dept to use, and had been in that program for a while. When I said how crappy that was after I had confirmed the car was on the lot, left work early and then no car and how bad of a business practice that was he insisted it was a good way to do business. I left so mad I couldn’t even get out the door fast enough. Never visiting this dealer again. World of difference just up the road to Knapp in blissfield. More
