I brought my car in previously. Because it was making a strange sound and I was told it was part of the tires. A year later, I bring the car in for service and find out that the mot Because it was making a strange sound and I was told it was part of the tires. A year later, I bring the car in for service and find out that the motor had gone bad. Shelby was helpful with helping me get this issue resolved.But i'm disappointed with the issue not being addressed a year ago. More

I had a drive motor replaced on my car. I was originally told that it should take one day but it ended up taking five period I was given a rental car comma and told that it was be free, but I was originally told that it should take one day but it ended up taking five period I was given a rental car comma and told that it was be free, but I ended up getting charged 48.00 with no explanation as to why. Shelby was kind and answered my questions, but I had to reach out to her, in most cases. More
