I originally came in for service, but a repeat mechanical breakdown that should have been recalled by Honda corporate 1.5 years ago turned into an astronomical repair quote. Very pleased with the service I received at McGrath Honda! Came for an A123 minder service, but also had a hard to find noise intermittently from my engine (95K mile CR-V). Noki Padilla put in extra Honda! Came for an A123 minder service, but also had a hard to find noise intermittently from my engine (95K mile CR-V). Noki Padilla put in extra effort to find source of noise, keeping car overnight so it could have a cold motor for the tech the next morning. Senior tech called/videoed me the next day (even using a stethoscope!) and found the problem. Noki also helped to make sure repair was covered under my extended warranty. This is my fifth Honda automobile, and McGrath is at the top of the many (6-8) Honda dealers I've used over the years. More

We found this dealership on line from out of state and started working with Shpned. He was so helpful and friendly even tho we were out of state. We ended up traveling 8hrs to buy a car from McGrath Honda started working with Shpned. He was so helpful and friendly even tho we were out of state.
