Requested the availability and within the next few hours Sheila sent me a personalized video saying hello with a tour of the vehicle. I went in the next day. Through the test drive, appraisal, and paperwork they were charismatic and neighborly- especially Scott and Jacob. Thank you to Nathan, Andrew, and Jesse.
