Disappointed only in the aggressive sales pitch for extra costly bells and whistles, even though pitched by a smart, delightful guy. Also disappointed that, as always, there’s a too-high administrative fee tacked on that doesn’t even cover the small administrative items of temp plates and title app. But we’re happy with the HR-V so far.
