I cannot say enough good things about Shea! When my mom was searching for a car a couple years ago he was very helpful and patient in a decision that made her overwhelmed. He has called her to check in and see how she’s doing with her car and to see if she has any questions. He met her since she lives an hour away so she wouldn’t have to drive so far to show her how to use some features she couldn’t figure out. He helped solve an electronics glitch today and made sure everything was in order so there would be no confusion if it happened again and we could fix it with a code. I would highly recommend Shea to anyone looking for a car. More

Shay was great. He went above and beyond when it came to my car. He even came in when he was sick to help me with taking out the backseat. Our 2025 Highlander was on a waiting list. We were promised an update every Friday. We got 1 or 2 initiated by Carver. Then it became me having to call to find out what was going on.
