Told me verbatim that they do not advocate for thier customers. Service director admitted to wrongfully diagnosing my truck repair after telling me for sure they found the problem and fixed it. When asked how to proceed they said they needed another $800 to further diagnose the issue. When asked why they didn't do that the first time they told me my truck is ultimately my responsibility. 0/10 stars, ever since this location was purchased my a corporate Miami group it has immensely gone to garbage. Save your money and go to Mullinax of Vero. Or literally any other dealership. It's a shame that this dealership has fallen to corporate greed. Still waiting for a call back from the GM to resolve the repair service amd treatment my family received. They also have some of the highest dealer fees for Ford in FL. Bill Hughes is about the only decent salesman left that will truly make sure the deal is right for you and is a no pressure sales person. More
