I asked him to only run my credit through my bank. I was given some excuse that they can only run through local banks. I said fine but I only want my credit ran 1x then. He agreed. The next thing you know, it was ran more than once. I called him out and he gave more excuses. I also asked if they could deliver the vehicle 7 miles to my house. Nope!. They couldn't even put enough gas in the car to turn off low fuel light. I would NOT recommend Bill Walsh Honda. There are lot more dealerships out there that will treat you better than Bill Walsh Honda of Ottawa! More
