I wasn't planning to buy a new car this time (I actually brought a friend to look at cars!), but I immediately fell in love with the CX-50 Hybrid. Right away Shay and Vanessa brought out the car for me to test drive. I ended up buying it after receiving an amazing trade in for my 2018 CX-5. Throughout the process, Vanessa and Shay (the dream team) were very attentive, honest, fun and patiently answered all of our questions. They both went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with everything. Ovais from the finance Dept was also great, he was prepared and ready to go by the time we sat down with him to sign. The whole process really was fast and seamless and I couldn't be happier. More

Eric was a great help in helping me secure my 2022 Pre-Owned MX-5 despite me being a remote buyer. He personally picked me up at the airport & did everything he could to make this deal go smoothly. Best customer service! I was a Toyota customer for over 27 years and this is my first Mazda. Unfortunately, the customer service at Toyota is not what it used to be and vis I was a Toyota customer for over 27 years and this is my first Mazda. Unfortunately, the customer service at Toyota is not what it used to be and visiting the dealership to consider buying another Toyota really "sealed the deal" for me to choose Mazda instead. Mazda was courteous, informative, gave me time to look independantly at their car selection, and most importantly, didn't push me into any decisions. The last look at Toyota before making any decisions was awful. The Toyota salesperson descended like a vulture the moment I pulled up. Then, without asking if I needed assistance, proceeded to follow me around telling me facts about their "great deals" that were completely irrelevant and unnecessary, and really had nothing to do with any type of "great deal". I happily went back to Mazda after this experience at Toyota and purchased my new Mazda. Service is just as important as product quality, and Mazda most definitely delivered! Great experience from beginning to end....thank you Mazda of Elk Grove, and thank you Duc Nguyen for your honest, no hassle, and outstanding service! More
