I visited service to have windshield wipers changed and oil changed. I left dealership thinking all had been done. When I got home, I checked wipers and they were same old ones. A trip back to dealershi oil changed. I left dealership thinking all had been done. When I got home, I checked wipers and they were same old ones. A trip back to dealership to convey problem and it was resolved. I should not have had to make 2 trips especially to be charged for something that was not done. More
