Smooth and Efficient I had a great experience here at Donovan Auto Used sales. I found a reasonably priced Mazda CX-5 on CarGurus.com and called before the salesmen knew t I had a great experience here at Donovan Auto Used sales. I found a reasonably priced Mazda CX-5 on CarGurus.com and called before the salesmen knew they had it. Thankfully, they called me back and let me know that I could test drive it whenever I wanted. They gave me over an hour for the test drive after filling out some simple paperwork. After deciding that I really wanted the car, I offered my price for it "as is" and they didn't make me wait long before they came back and said they still needed to do an inspection and they would change the oil and do routine maintenance for the price I offered. Turns out, not only did they do an oil change, but they also gave me new front brakes, new tires!, all new air filters, and detailed it even though I told them "as is". They went above and beyond and surprised me by replacing things that it needed even after I had already bought it with cash. They ended up saving me a lot of money, too, since I expected to have to buy all of those things. It all adds up! Also, I didn't feel like I was discriminated against because I was a woman coming in to look at cars. I've been to dealerships where they would shake my husband's hand, but not shake my hand, even though the car was for me. This was not the case at Donovan, which I really appreciate. Definitely the most painless encounter I have had at a car dealership. I was in and out within 4 hours. More
