This is NO way to do business, people. But he was just transferring my credit to Matthews. 2) We never discussed the Extended Warranty. ($3999). If we had, I would have declined it. MOST companies give a FREE Extended Warranty. 3) You never asked if I would be using my old license plate. I would. But you went ahead and bought a NEW one for me that I never wanted, then you've consistently refused to transfer my old plate to my new car. I have the pink slip. It looks like I paid you a lot of money to do things like that. You are in breach of contract, then. The whole experience has been a consistent DISASTER. More
