Shawn Prentice - BEST service technician I have purchased 4 vehicles over the years from Oxmoor Toyota. Whenever I take my vehicle in for regular maintenance I ALWAYS ask for Shawn Prentice. I have purchased 4 vehicles over the years from Oxmoor Toyota. Whenever I take my vehicle in for regular maintenance I ALWAYS ask for Shawn Prentice. Shawn treats us like family. He is VERY knowledgeable, friendly, and gives it to you straight. He is very willing to answer all my questions. Service is promptly completed. I will always have Shawn as my service point of contact. He is the BEST service person I have EVER encountered. More

I thought the Toyota service will be best comparing to others. But, I had very a worst experience. I left my car for service on the evening. I told them what were the problems with my car and gave my car others. But, I had very a worst experience. I left my car for service on the evening. I told them what were the problems with my car and gave my car key along with bunch of other keys. He told me that the car will be ready next morning. Next morning I got the call from them stating that they don't have my car key and they were searching for it. I got another call that afternoon saying they couldn't find the car key and they have made a duplicate key and fixed the issue. When I told them I had other bunch of keys on it, they said they were looking for it and I can get my car on the evening. On the evening, they made me wait for 20minutes and said that they couldn't find the keys and gave me the duplicate key they made. They said they guy who serviced my card already left and they have to wait for him to return the next day. Next day, they agreed they have lost my key and they said they will reimburse the cost for the new keys. Finally, I had to wait for a week for them to say they wouldn't be able to get me my original Toyota key and all they could do was just a duplicate key and reimburse the cost for my other keys. I had wasted lot times calling and I been to their place 4 times. I never had this worst experience anywhere. May be I was deceived by the name Toyota. More
