I went away on vacation and kept me updated via email and text message on the status of my car and was able to go the extra mile to take care of me and my jeep. It is so xxxx refreshing to see someone that wants to *really* help out a customer/client to the leve Shawn helped me. I’m one to give credit where credit is due, and he dealership should be proud to have him. It makes me feel good that I’ve spent money here, because I’ll be taken care of instead of taken advantage of. I wasn’t able to thank him in person, but I seriously am bringing him a coffee and cookie next time I’m in, to thank him!!!! Shawn is the sole reason I’ve speant the extra time writing this review.
