I wish I could rate Shawn a 20, that’s how kind he was to me. For years, I would never take my car to be serviced by a dealership. Naturally, being a 77 year old woman, I took these warnings very seriously, until I met Shawn. He took my fears to heart, and made me feel I was in good hands.
