In March, I visited Casey BMW to trade in my 2018 330i for a used X3. However, I discovered that my car had been in an accident, and its value was only $5,000, while I paid $27,000 for it. The way I was treated was unacceptable, and the staff's behavior was completely unethical. The General Manager tried to gaslight me into believing that what he was saying was correct. I lost the car I wanted and went through a lot of embarrassing and stressful moments, along with the mistreatment of the staff, especially the General Manager. After several weeks of battling with Casey, they changed the Carfax to state that my car was not in an accident and admitted that they replaced the bumper, which wasn't a big deal due to their cost to fix. However, they still haven't come clean about why they had to replace the bumper. In March, the General Manager called me to ask if I would give them another chance, saying that Art Casey was getting me an X3 similar to the one they had created me to lose. However, it has been almost a month, and I haven't received any response or call back. My car now has three Carfaxes. When we compare them, it is clear that Casey removed the accident from the Carfax when I purchased it. It is unacceptable that they have the power to change a Carfax so conveniently. I urge anyone thinking of buying from Casey or trading with them to make sure they have all the information. Obtain a Carfax on your car before you go in, and when buying, get your own Carfax. Don't let Casey BMW take advantage of you like they did to me. More

They did a great job. Lloyd Howell got back with a better price. Danisha met me at the door. Very nice young lady. Worked on price that I felt was fair. My review is well overdue, since I purchased the vehicle in November 2018. I arrived at Casey BMW and was not expecting to purchase a vehicle. Although I'd never considered to purchase a BMW. I purchased on in November 2018. I arrived at Casey BMW and was not expecting to purchase a vehicle. Although I'd never considered to purchase a BMW. I purchased one, a 2018 BMW. Mr. Joe Hargraves took the time to explain the available options to me. Not once was he pushy. I purchased a good used vehicle which was affordable for my budget. Mr. Joe was administratively efficient and knowledgeable of the vehicle. He even took the time to ensure I knew how to operate the bells and whistles, the BMW was a total upgrade. I felt very much appreciated as a customer and was completely satisfied compared to the other four (4) car dealerships I'd previously visited between the Hampton Roads Area and Alexandria, VA. There were no sales gimmicks or lies. Just great accommodating service and professionalism from start to finish. I'd highly recommend Mr. Joe Hargraves' expertise to anyone in the car buying market. Casey BMW is the dealership to go to. Definitely an "A++++ in my book." More
