First, they ignored my explicit request for a loaner vehicle, forcing me to wait around. Second, I scheduled an appointment specifically noting an electrical safety issue. When I arrived at 1 PM, they refused to diagnose it, claiming it was too late in the day, and I had to leave it overnight. Why allow appointments to be booked if you can't fulfill them?They also lied about a Tesla adapter being in stock, making me drive down just to tell me it was reserved for someone else. The final straw: Despite my top-tier credit and perfect history, GM Financial (GMAC) refused me a Tier 1 rate on a second vehicle, trying to jack up my payment by over $100/month. I had two external banks approve me for Tier 1 instantly. Being a GM customer carries zero weight. I went straight to Nissan, got approved for top-tier financing immediately, and left GM in the rearview mirror. Avoid this dealership and GM Financial entirely. More
