Shawn was our Sales Rep, and graciously greeted us at the front door, before getting acquainted and taking a test drive. Congrats to Shawn for his low-key and understanding manner, as we were able to complete the purchase with his fine assistance, along with Paul Kay. We were treated like family by every staff member along the way, something I've not experienced in a retail setting in years...Customer Service still exists at Phillips Chevrolet, and it's easy to see they do it this way every day !
