I will start by saying this is the worst dealership ever!! The customer service is terrible and they need to hire all new staff. Beware of a lot of deceptive practices taking place here. I originally c ever!! The customer service is terrible and they need to hire all new staff. Beware of a lot of deceptive practices taking place here. I originally came here to co-sign for my niece and when it was all said and done I was the only one on the deal. They ran my credit a total of 23times then i walked away with a decent suv. everything was fine. the dealer hounded us to give him a review on Google on our phone and he basically did it his self. I had to put down a $2000 deposit that didn't help my payments at all. It seemed as if everyone in this place was money hungry.We were literally the last ones in the dealership. After everything was signed we received 1 key and was promised another key at a later date. literally 3days later I received a call from the finance company welcoming me and verifing my information. The finance company had no idea about the $2000 down payment until i told them. Shortly after I started receiving calls from phillips about needing more information to close the deal. I was so confused I thought all the papers i signed the deal was closed. They were claiming they couldn't verify my ssn but somehow they were able to put 23 inquiries on my report. Numerous people texted, called and emailed threatening me to bring the car back or they will report it stolen. I have returned the car and I still have not received my down payment back. These people are crooks! Buyers BEWARE!!!! More
