Both of my key fobs died. I went in for new batteries and was informed that both my key fobs were in operable and needed to be replaced. I was quoted $580. I took both key fob I went in for new batteries and was informed that both my key fobs were in operable and needed to be replaced. I was quoted $580. I took both key fobs to a different dealership where they realizeed that Lou bachrodt put the batteries in upside down, and the key fobs were not in fact in operable. if they can’t change key fob batteries correctly what else can they not change? More

The bad started when we dropped the vehicle off. Someone failed to unlock the exit gate. When I returned to the service center to inform someone of my dilemma I was told to go out through the entran Someone failed to unlock the exit gate. When I returned to the service center to inform someone of my dilemma I was told to go out through the entrance. When I attempted to do so a car was coming in and I had to back up and try again. Not once but 3 times. I was then told that a problem I am having with the windshield fogging can't be duplicated so they can't fix it. That after being told that they are aware of this problem. Also asked to have my air filter life reset from the previous visit when I had it changed. They failed to do so. Everyone that I encountered there needs to work other customer service skills. More

Took the car, a suburban, for alignment, was told it would take around 2 hours, so I agreed and waited, I think that took one hour, if so, I was already called to give my car back with the paper work do would take around 2 hours, so I agreed and waited, I think that took one hour, if so, I was already called to give my car back with the paper work done and the alignment print out, that was done almost to perfection, very good experience. More
