They used be very committed to providing exceptional service where I was proud to tell people about. They have failed me. Not much communication and I don’t pull have never let a customer go home with service where I was proud to tell people about. They have failed me. It took two days to do a two hour job. They knew I was without a vehicle I only had One vehicle and needed my car fixed quickly. there was lousy communication. When I initially contacted this dealership about a known issue with my make and model, the woman who answered the phone, Lisa, wasn't pleasant and short with me. Once the repair was determined necessary, I issue with my make and model, the woman who answered the phone, Lisa, wasn't pleasant and short with me. Once the repair was determined necessary, I was told I would be contacted when the part, which was on back order at the time, arrived at the dealership. I waited an additional four weeks post the timeframe I was expected to hear back from them, and contacted the dealership. This was only for me to find out the part had been at the facility for some time, and who knows how long it would've been before I was notified of it. When I dropped off my vehicle for the repair, I was told I would be contacted later that day with a status. I waited until thirty minutes before they closed to call them myself. The person I spoke with told me the service people had left much earlier in the day, and I was left with no loaner options and had to navigate ride share to cover for this. Overall, the service was done, and done well. However, the journey to get this done was far too long, and unnecessarily complicated. More
