I’m reaching out to formally state that we’ve confirmed GM Shawn Weissman has lied to us as customers. After speaking directly with Andrew from Mercedes-Benz USA Corporate, we were informed that Shawn has GM Shawn Weissman has lied to us as customers. After speaking directly with Andrew from Mercedes-Benz USA Corporate, we were informed that Shawn has made no communication with corporate since May 2025. Contrary to what was told to us, the dealership never contacted corporate about our ongoing vehicle issues. Furthermore, corporate stated the dealership refused the buyback and that they were completely unaware of the situation since our last communication in May. Corporate also advised that the counteroffer presented by the dealership will now be under review, based on the serious nature of our claims. This confirms what we’ve suspected: the dealership, under Shawn Weissman’s leadership, has intentionally misled us and kept us going in circles—stalling progress while giving the impression that something was being worked out behind the scenes. Shawn Weissman has completely failed in his role as General Manager and should be immediately investigated for his dishonest and unethical conduct. As a result, I will be contacting my personal contacts within the NY Senate and formally requesting that Attorney General Letitia James be made aware of this matter. Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Centre must be held accountable for the lies, avoidance, and lack of transparency they’ve shown. I have now requested my service records nine separate times, and each time I’m told to check my email—yet there is no record sent, and they still refuse to provide me with documentation that is my legal right as a customer. It’s clear this crooked GM is working to cover for his dealership rather than assist the very customers he’s meant to serve. I have photos, videos, rental receipts, and recorded conversations that fully document the extent of this dealership’s failure to act in good faith. I strongly advise anyone not to do business with Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Centre. They smile when making the sale but hide when real problems arise. More
