These people are so helpful, professional and knowledgeable with automotive repairs and maintenance. I appreciate their kindness during a time when my mother and I felt so frustrated with our car knowledgeable with automotive repairs and maintenance. I appreciate their kindness during a time when my mother and I felt so frustrated with our car, and this dealership did an outstanding job on the repairs, and did so in a timely manner. Mother and I live directly across the highway from another Ford dealership, and we would both prefer to drive all the way to Crystal River for service on Momma’s C-Max. Should really have a return policy. Like most places that have them. Literally tried to return it after 15 hours realized wasn’t the vehical for me and nothing. No help nothing.
