The Service people are not informed of the Special Offers sent out to their customers. Even after I handed the Special offer, the Service Desk folks did not keep nor really look at the offer to write up my b sent out to their customers. Even after I handed the Special offer, the Service Desk folks did not keep nor really look at the offer to write up my bill and charged me full price, which it turned out was approximately $50. It has changed a bit since the group of people that retired left. I realize that there is a learning curve for new people, but the customer respect needs improvement.
