We came to Valley Honda to drive used CRV’s and possibly new 2023 CRV’s. The spread between low mileage used and new was less than we expected so were considering a new 2023 CRV. The trade-in appraisal went smoothly (always lower than expected). We were thinking about getting on the wait list for 2023 with no available cars on the lot. We were also concerned about the lack of blind spot mirrors on the new builds but appreciated Luis letting us know the situation. We went to another dealer to drive another used CRV - turns out they had a 2023 on the lot and we ended up buying that one. Had Valley had a 2023 CRV that fit the bill, we would surely have bought it at Valley. All interactions with Luis and Shaun (mgt) were good - just came down to availability of a car. More
