

Being a Finance Manager gives me the opportunity to work directly with our customers, which is the best part of the job. I love meeting new people from all walks of life. I have a great sense of humor and enjoy providing my customers with a fun experience. I joined the Rallye BMW dealership in 2012, coming from Hassel BMW, where I had been working since 2002. My longevity with BMW spans 15 years. This is the best brand in the automotive industry. My customers are like family. I have watched many of them grow up over the years, as they came in with their parents, and now they are purchasing cars from me as an adult. Clients enjoy working with me because I am a good listener and not pushy. I’m a big fan of the New England Patriots. Go Pats! Some of my awards and accomplishments in the auto industry include BMW Honors and BMW Charters at platinum, gold, silver, and bronze levels.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service experience I had at BMW Rallye of Westbury on dates 1/14/2 message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service experience I had at BMW Rallye of Westbury on dates 1/14/25-1/24/25. As a recent BMW customer, I was disappointed by the level of service I received, which fell far below my expectations. I purchased an M440i Convertible from BMW Rallye of Westbury on 12/14/24 and had it for about a month before hitting a pothole that caused a flat tire. After using BMW’s roadside assistance, the tow truck discovered damage to the passenger tire and rim, and upon further inspection, found all the rims were dented. I was without a car for several days and used the Uber service provided by BMW, but after two rides, I was told I had exceeded the limit and could no longer use it. When I contacted my sales representative assigned to my case,Chris, I was informed there were no loaner cars available and that customers simply “figure it out.” I wasn’t notified about the option to use Enterprise or other rental services, so I rented a car for 9 days, thinking it would only be for a day or two. During that time, the service team told me the tire they ordered was incorrect, causing a further delay. On January 24, when the car was finally ready, I spoke with the sales manager, Christopher, who gave me a discount on the rims but did not reimburse me for the $600 I spent on the rental car. I’m seeking reimbursement or a partial compensation for the inconvenience caused by the extended period without a car. I chose BMW because of its reputation for quality and customer service, and I believe this experience does not reflect those values. I would appreciate it if someone could look into this matter and let me know what steps will be taken to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
