Animals are the best therapy in my life. I use to ride horses competitively where I learned my love for animals. I have a rescue dog named Leo who can make a bad day a good day and good day a great day. I have been married for 22 years to the love of my life. I grew up in Northern Indiana and moved to Branson, MO for a few years, I loved Branson but I sure missed family and friends back here so we moved back. My father and mother taught me to care more about others and be there for people. I love the ability to use this quality in my life everyday at Castle. Don't be surprised to see pictures Leo when you come to visit and please bring some pictures of your pets too.

I have owned a Ford Explorer for many years. Last year was the first time I ordered my new 2023 Ford explorer. I want to thank Jake Woods for a job well done. He helped me get want I wanted on Last year was the first time I ordered my new 2023 Ford explorer. I want to thank Jake Woods for a job well done. He helped me get want I wanted on my SUV. Told me I could track my vehicle progress and Ford would let me know when it was shipped. They did all the way. When the SUV made it to Castle Ford, he made a point to show me how everything worked . Program my phone in for me. Told me if I had any questions down the road to give him a call and he would help me out. I did call him and he did help me with my problem. He has my five stars. Just came back from Florida and it was a great SUV. Road nice . They have come a long way up grading the Explorer. A lot of things I had to learn. Things I never had before. So thanks again Jake. I have been a customer with Ford since Hirsh Ford was the owner. I know Bill in Service. Great Guy too! Then there is Sharon we met when we got my husband New Truck in 2011. So I have some special people at Castle Ford. Keep up the good work. More

Difficulty trusting this dealership, but have few choices My father (deceased) was a lifelong salaried employee of Ford (Chicago Hts Stamping Plant) and I've owned nothing but Fords my entire life (along w/ m My father (deceased) was a lifelong salaried employee of Ford (Chicago Hts Stamping Plant) and I've owned nothing but Fords my entire life (along w/ my parents & 6 bros & sis. My mother is still alive and our discounts come through her). Having moved here from IL 17 yrs ago, most of our purchases have been in IL (River Oaks Ford), but my last 4 have been in this area. At River Oaks Ford, in addition to cars, expensive items such as tires have all been reduced to "A" plan prices for us. Earlier this year, Castle Ford has let me know through their actions that they will not be participating in employee discounts. If this topic warrants further discussion, feel free to contact me. This week, I brought in my escape to check the location of an oil leak, and to have my oil changed. I was informed that my oil filter came loose, and whereas that has never happened to me in the past, I cannot doubt that the possibility of this situation may not be subsequent to the filter not being correctly tightened in the first place (oil last changed at Castle). I picked up my car on Saturday, and on Sunday, noticed the bottom panel underneath the car was falling off. I was reluctant to drive it because it is hanging inches off the road and I'm fearful it will catch on something and be ripped off. When I called Castle, was just informed to bring it in. Not being able to bring it in myself (I work in Chicago and am gone from 5:30 am - 6 pm CST) I hope when my wife brings it in today at 1:30, it will not cause an accident. If the bottom panel could not be affixed properly, it should have been replaced. Otherwise, to come off in less than 24 hrs, it was not affixed properly in the first place. I am therefore concerned of both sales and service at Castle. More
