I would like to mention that customer satisfaction is of our outmost importance, which is why we have a thorough process in place for all of our sold customers. After your purchase there were many unsuccessful attempts made to contact you. We finally spoke with you on 6th of January 2023 where you expressed how great everything was with your vehicle. Multiply follow up were made thru out the pass year and a half but unfortunately we were only able to leave voice mails in hopes of receiving call back. The first record of you contacting the dealership the dealership was on February 12 2024 where you requested warranty information because your check engine light recently went on. Please feel free to give us a call if you need any additional information on extended warranties you have purchased for your vehicle. We will be happy to provide that. If you are all about best servicing your customers then why didn’t you call me back to resolve this situation. I have my warranty information, and that’s not what I’m requesting. If you read my compliant or spoke to your team regarding the issues I’m experiencing with my Jeep you would understand that I have been experiencing electrical issues that are making make vehicle unsafe to operate. I’m asking for it to be fixed. My Jeep had over 80 error codes when it is brought in to be serviced. This is unacceptable for a vehicle that was just purchased. Don’t waste more of my time. Pick up the phone and have the curtesy to call me back.

Thanks for taking the time to express your honest concerns. We are disappointed to hear that you feel this way towards our dealership. Especially since the dealership has been working diligently with you on fixing this matter further. When it comes to the purchase of a pre owned vehicle you typically get, what was traded in with the vehicle. This vehicle only had one set of keys, which is why you were only given the one set. The dealership acknowledges that this may not have been properly brought to your attention during the sale, which is why we ordered a second key, are fully covering the set and programming the key at a dealership local to you. As far as the faulty mirror issue, you do have a warranty. You were informed that the warranty should cover that repair. So that will not cost anything to you. Also on pre owned vehicles you will receive a half tank of gas, full tanks are usually standard on new car purchase. However our dealership agreed to mail you a gas card, since you drove quite the distance. It's very disheartening to hear that these matters are still ongoing, and have not been fully satisfied for you. We are still hoping to fully turn your experience around as best as we can. Really?!? You are going to respond to my discontent listed above without the facts? As the Custormer Relations Manager I would think YOU of all people should know the facts BEFORE you hit the submit button. First, let's start with the easy one. The full tank of gas. On the Napleton's Arlington Heights About Us page it reads, "and our buying your first tank of gas for you..." NO WHERE DOES IT SPECIFY A NEW OR USED VEHICLE. Not my fault you guys don't read your own xxxx. Secondly, I'll agree with your assessment of the key situation and yes, you guys did buy a second set for me; but you CLEARLY never got the "real" story behind all of that. Thirdly, the "faulty mirror." A mirror that falls off isn't faulty, it's garbage, but that's more opinion than fact. So, fact number one, you guys "inspected" this car and "certified" it with this mirror. Number two, yes I have a warranty, but make no mistake that "warranty" has a deductible and YES it would have cost me something, not like you wrote, "You were informed that the warranty should cover that repair. So that will not cost anything to you." Number three, do your homework Ms. Leachman...you guys did buy me a new mirror (becasue you can't let a used vehicle drive away with after it was inspected with a safety issue), and paid my local dealership to replace it. Now, you wrote, "We are still hoping to fully turn your experience around as best as we can." Are you? What your little statement above seems to imply was that I was whinning about buying a used car and, "you typically get, what was traded in with the vehicle"....Yes, I got what was traded in with the vehicle alright. What I didn't get was ALL of the time and phone calls and time spent at the dealership getting EVERYTHING cleaned up on a CERTIFIED used car. Next time do your homework and call me if you REALLY want to fix things. Your message was pretty much like our visit to your dealership.
