This year there was a recall I hadn't been notified of which they completed in addition to required services. I wait on site and the customer waiting area is clean, as quiet as can be expected and comfortable with drinks coffee and tea provided. I had a 3 hr wait, which was about an hour less than expected, and the cost was less than expected. A typical annual visit for me. More
