Brian Kennedy, who has not been reviewed here, is one of my service advisors who graciously took over for Emerson Cambara, with whom I have also enjoyed working- was out sick. He assisted me with some ver my service advisors who graciously took over for Emerson Cambara, with whom I have also enjoyed working- was out sick. He assisted me with some very difficult service issues on a rare '06 S60 R project car I own. I even made a sales offer on a demo/loaner and he took time out of his busy schedule to walk over and present it to the sales department which was way over his pay grade. He has been excellent in his communication , getting back to me within a short period of time when I've contacted him. He is exceptional at his attempts to resolve anything I throw at him, but especially in advising me should I purchase any other Volvo 'unicorns' as I am a very atypical performance-oriented Volvo enthusiast. The team at service there with Brian & Emerson, as well as Shannon and Laura, is extremely pleasant in the way they both answer the phone and relay information. For this reason I will not service my Volvos anywhere else. More

If you are looking for a honest and fair dealership, Princeton Volvo should be on your list. Between Mike (GM) and Kathy (Sales), they will take as much time as you need to assist you in your vehicle pu Princeton Volvo should be on your list. Between Mike (GM) and Kathy (Sales), they will take as much time as you need to assist you in your vehicle purchase. Our 1st XC60 had a small issue that should not be happening. Mike was a man of his word and took the vehicle back, no questions asked. Because of that honesty, I purchased not one but 2 more XC60’s. Recently I wanted to upgrade one of them to a XC90. Mike and Kathy said that it might take a while to find one that has the options I was looking for. It took over 6 months but a call came directly from Mike, my XC90 was found and it would fit into my budget. I could not be happier. If you are in the market for a vehicle, look at Volvo and give Princeton Volvo a call. More

We have had a series of unfortunate experiences with this dealership. When you visit the dealership the staff seems concerned with what ever they are doing, they don't smile or make eye contact. You get the dealership. When you visit the dealership the staff seems concerned with what ever they are doing, they don't smile or make eye contact. You get the strong impression you are interrupting them by being there. When my wife takes the car in for service she is ignored, condescended to, and given misinformation. The most recent incident involved a broken windshield. Our local glass shop could not get glass for a 2021 XC 40 recharge. She was told that "Of course the dealership has the glass in stock." and "you silly woman" was not said but clearly heard. I called and was told the glass was on back order and the dealer would order the glass and find out next week when it would be available. We will not purchase another car here and I intend to travel 50 miles to the nearest dealer the next time service is required. Shannon (service department) in the only courteous and helpful person we have encountered at this dealership. More
