The web application form is dated. Why are required fields allowed as optional on the form? Why don't you ask for lease term length on the form? This dated form created extra work for your team and myself. It's 2021 and I have to come into the dealership to sign papers and close. I can buy cars online without ever seeing them and purchase a house online but Peak Kia makes me come into the dealership to sign paperwork?!?!?! My favorite fee was the $600 for handling and processing. You didn't touch the car, it was a lease buyout. So I paid $600 for you to print out papers and have me sign them?!?!?! The people were nice and helpful, thank you. The overall experience felt dated, ESPECIALLY during a pandemic. What better time to adapt for your customers. More
