Was very easy, the report was thorough, happy with it. The only thing I would change are the couches, chairs in the waiting area. They were pretty beat up and even ripped. Prior to this first Nissan of mine, I only had Subaru's, and Premier Subaru has a beautiful waiting area, so I was spoiled by that. But, if you could just get a new couch, chairs in each room, would be a huge improvement! More

It was going along well until my call the next day to find out when my car would be ready was answered by Sal who was rude and headed toward being nasty. Brakes, rotors, brake fluid carry their own charges. More
