Mike was there to support and give me valuable information which helped me to make my decision on moving to a new vehicle. Both of them made me feel valued both as a customer and as a person. When I decided to look at new cars, Shannon made the process as easy as possible, first by getting right back to me when I reached out about a car I saw online, then quickly answering multiple emails, setting up a time for me to come in person to see the offerings and talk about what I was looking for. Jordan greeted me promptly on arrival and also gave me a sense of comfort and reliability as I talked through the options. He was patient, thorough and personable like everyone else. That strikes me as an important characteristic of all the employees at Milford Auto Group. I eventually bought my new Jeep from this dealership.
