Miquel gave me all the information I needed to get into my Volkswagen Jetta. He didn’t rush me. Always got back to me when I had a question. Expressed my desire to work with him throughout the process so my Volkswagen Jetta. He didn’t rush me. Always got back to me when I had a question. Expressed my desire to work with him throughout the process so he came in on a day off. It was a very difficult time for me, he was just exceptional. Got me through the process and I was able to go on my trip with the new car. I would recommend anyone interested in a car to go to him. He has a very calming presence.
