"Mechanic" left a half tight quart of oil in my car. It all leaked out soaking the carpet so bad that it leaked out the bottom of the car leaving a puddle of oil on my brand new untreated garage floor. Service manager was rude and refused to replace my carpet and gave some lame excuse how it's my fault because I provided my own oil among other lame excuses. Said he could pressure wash it. FOH. I will never bring my car back and I will advise the entire local Z and G community not to as well. More

Deceptive & in component service dept First off, I'm glad to buy a product made in TN. I've bought 4 new Nisssns in my life. 2 at the same time from this dealership. Sales staff ok. Servic First off, I'm glad to buy a product made in TN. I've bought 4 new Nisssns in my life. 2 at the same time from this dealership. Sales staff ok. Service staff are horrible. I'm calling it like it is, they outright lie. Each time in they seemed to cause problems resulting in return trips which added up to more out of pocket money. Shannon Casey is rude & deceptive. I will never return to this dealership. They are simply not trustworthy. More

He has always greeted me with kindness-even when I was short tempered with him about the rattle. Mr. Casey worked very hard to find the rattle and believed me when I told him that it was back. I truly would like to send my thanks to him for working with an irritated girl on a rattle in the dashboard. I really appreciate and understand how hard he worked for me. More

pure rudeness It took weeks for Ted Russell to work with the extended warranty company of which the sold me a policy, to finally get my truck repaired. The most frustrating experience I've had dealing with aledged professionals. They did not install a Nissan replacement engine but some aftermarket engine. They replaced the dashboard instrumention cluster too. Today I phoned them saying the cluster was not working & the engine light was on. Shannon put me on hold only to come back and say due to my comments on this site, and personal attack on him, they would not work on my truck & I should take my truck else where. Good call & I will. Never will go back to Ted Russell. Yes, they got my money & took advantage of me but I hope you will heed my warning. BTW, notion that Shannon rated himself here? LOL More

Shannon Casey I always bring my car to serviced here. Shannon is so helpful, kind and understanding. I have NEVER had a bad experience with their service dept. Jim I always bring my car to serviced here. Shannon is so helpful, kind and understanding. I have NEVER had a bad experience with their service dept. Jim always works on my car and does a awesome job!!! I really appreciate them so much because they can explain things to me ( how a part works and why it needs or needed repaired) in a language that I (being a girl) understand without making me feel like a idiot. I can never say enough about Shannon & Jim. I recommend Ted Russell Nissan to everyone I know. Ted Russell should be very proud of a employee like Shannon because I am!! Thank you so much for everything you do for people like myself. More

I just wanted to send a huge thank you to Shannon Casey in Ted Russell Nissan's Service Department. He always takes the best care of my husband and I when we come in...and is the reason I drive past the N in Ted Russell Nissan's Service Department. He always takes the best care of my husband and I when we come in...and is the reason I drive past the Nissan dealer at the airport from Maryville to service my Maxima. He always explains what is going on with my car without making me feel stupid since I do not know much about cars. His genuine and down to Earth personality makes me feel so comfortable to come in without my husband for service. So the here is the other reason for this post. My check engine light came on my car and I gave Shannon a call. He got me in on the same day and found out my car had an internal oil leak. This freaked me out since we were headed to Florida soon for vacation. Shannon assured me that he would be able to get my car fixed for me before we had to leave....and he did just that. I was worried I would have to rent a car for my family to go on vacation but that did not happen. He got it fixed correctly and as usual my visit in and out was painless. This meant so much to me and my family. So a big thank you to Shannon and all the rest of Ted Russell Nissan's Service Department for going above and beyond getting our car ready for our summer vacation. Thanks again as always!!!! More

I brought my 2004 Altima into the service department at Ted Russell Nissan because of a major electrical problem. Shannon in service was very helpful and honest in evaluating the problem and estimating re Ted Russell Nissan because of a major electrical problem. Shannon in service was very helpful and honest in evaluating the problem and estimating repair costs. While waiting on the repair estimate, I began talking with Mehmet about possibly buying another vehicle. Mehmet was very patient and helpful and talked me through various options. I decided to purchase a new 2013 Altima. Anita then helped me through the financing process and was again very straight forward and gave me an honest break down of my options. After completing the paperwork Tracy took me out to my new vehicle and went through the operating features. Throughout the usually stressful process of buying a new car, the Ted Russell team did their best to make me feel relaxed, non-pressured, and truly seemed anxious to help me make the best decisions. This was the first vehicle I purchased from the Ted Russell family of dealerships, but it certainly won't be the last. Congratulations to Mr. Russell for putting together such an excellent all-around team. More

I am REALLY impressed with the level of customer service I received at Ted Russell Nissan! On 3/9/13, I purchased a metallic blue 2013 Nissan Sentra from Keith Seay. Within a minute of stepping out of my I received at Ted Russell Nissan! On 3/9/13, I purchased a metallic blue 2013 Nissan Sentra from Keith Seay. Within a minute of stepping out of my car, he was at my side asking how he could help me. I told him I was looking for a vehicle with good gas mileage and one that was more dependable. After asking a few questions, we took two test drives on two different vehicles. After realizing I really liked the metallic blue, he took me inside to start the whole process. He entered all my information in the computer and gave everything to Anita. While we were waiting (which wasn't too long), he asked a few more questions and just really made sure I was getting into the vehicle I wanted. When I sat down with Anita, I was impressed by how personable & professional she is. She made the most nerve-wracking part of the deal a very pleasant experience. I laughed and joked with her as I was signing my paperwork!! When we were done signing, I sat down with Daniel Lee. He went over every little detail of the car to make sure I knew how to operate it before I left the lot. When it came time for him to give me the keys, he asked what I thought....and all I could say is "I'm just.....WOW!!!!!" So, a HUGE thank you to Keith Seay for being SO thorough and helping me clean out my old car (THAT was a chore...and I really appreciated it!), another BIG thank you to Anita Humphreys for getting me through the worst part as quickly as possible, and a last BIG thank you to Daniel Lee for being patient with me and being so funny also!! You all made my first new car buying experience one to remember :) More
