I don't have enough space or time to write all the good things there are to say about Columbia Subaru service department. From Dave Hern, one of the kindest and knowledgeable guys you'll ever meet, to Riv things there are to say about Columbia Subaru service department. From Dave Hern, one of the kindest and knowledgeable guys you'll ever meet, to River and Shanna who communicate and explain everything the whole time service is ongoing, there isn't a person there I don't trust completely. And the guys in the shop do amazing work from the simple to the most complex fix. Great experiences every time I've taken a car in! More

Service personnel were friendly and helpful. My only negative rating is that I had a 10:30 am appointment just to check my RAB sensor problem to see if it was covered by my extended warranty. My only negative rating is that I had a 10:30 am appointment just to check my RAB sensor problem to see if it was covered by my extended warranty. I had to wait two and a half hours for a report. Otherwise, I am very happy with the service that has always been given. More
