Waited over 2 hours for an oil change and a tire rotation. On another note the automated phone answering service is NOT user friendly! I came in for an oil change and was told that a leak in my tire was "unrepairable." I had it patched at a tire store in 20 minutes. I feel like the dealership could have been honest with me and said they my tire was "unrepairable." I had it patched at a tire store in 20 minutes. I feel like the dealership could have been honest with me and said they couldn't themselves patch the tire or were uninterested in doing so, but to declare it unrepairable is, at best, a sign of incompetence, at worst a sign of dishonesty (as they offered to sell me 4 new tires). I also had to point out that I was being incorrectly charged for tire rotation (when I dropped off the car I had reminded them that it should be free since I bought the tires there.). More

This whole process was easy. From making the appointment to getting into service. My only regret is that you are not closer. I drive an hour to get service but worth it. This is the only Subaru dealership I will go to! Taylor and JR have helped me for years, and I’ve bought 3 Subarus here.
