My experience was great! Was very pleased with the staff. Very thoughtful and kind. I spent 6 hours at the dealership while the mechanic fixed the issues they found during the 23 pt. inspection. Your staff went above and beyond when I checked out. I needed to go see my granddaughters in a neighboring town but did not know how to get back to the highway I needed. They not only wrote out the directions and tried to explain it to me, but showed me on the computer which way to go. Needless to say they saw the hesitation and fear in my eyes. I live in the country and am not used to driving in the city. The mechanic asked if the Subaru dealership vehicle was available. It was. So, I followed him through all the twists, turns and stop lights until I came to the highway I needed. Your staff went above and beyond to help this Senior Citizen lady to get to her destination safely. They did not have to do that for me but they did. Outstanding people and outstanding service. More

We were pleased with getting the tire fixed the same day, but not pleased that the valve stem cap was left off. This is the second time where something was not replaced as it should have been. On the previous service call, the cabin air filter was replaced. After returning home, my husband went to get something out of the glove compartment and the glove compartment door fell off. We made a return trip to the dealer to get it fixed. We used to think that Subaru was the place to go and service was always excellent. Now we are rethinking that. It seems like things are slipping. More
