The service dept worked me in for an oil change even without an appointment as I had to leave town for a family emergency. Though they were short-staffed in the service dept., they managed to get my car without an appointment as I had to leave town for a family emergency. Though they were short-staffed in the service dept., they managed to get my car serviced quickly. Shanna also made sure I got my lifetime $50 oil change rate, which I appreciate on a pension. More
