Twice i dropped vehicle off for an oil change and tire rotation and to have them diagnose a noise in front end. First attempt they had me drop vehicle off at 7am and they had not even touched my vehicle. rotation and to have them diagnose a noise in front end. Stating they were 2 techs down and couldn't get to the repairs but as I know the employees of this dealership and a tech that I know personally told me they were not short any techs that day and the service manager told me that as to cover their own xxxxx. Second time after rescheduling they told me during a phone call to check on progress was told they were driving the vehicle to diagnose the noise but haven't found the issue. So 4 hrs later I called the dealer again to check progress and was told power was lost at the dealer ship couldn't use the lifts at the moment. Was told to keep loaner for yet another day but I needed my vehicle for work the next day. As I arrived the service manager stated the drove the vehicle multiple times thru out the day but I know he was lying cause my vehicle was still in the spot I parked it that morning. I said the vehicle hadn't even been moved from that spot. Was told they drove it and parked right back in the same spot. Which I knew was a lie again as the milage hadn't changed even a single tenth of a mile as it was exactly the same as I left it. Never again will I return to this dealership for any service nor will I not be lied to from this service manager More
