The dealership isn’t transparent with you when purchasing your vehicle. The staff thinks it’s funny when you figure out that they left details out from the carfax. It was stated to me that since the people they brought it from didn’t report it they didn’t know about the problem. I asked did they do an inspection of the vehicle when they received it and the car salesperson and service center manager laughed and said they missed it. Then the salesperson said it’s easy to miss since I also didn’t notice it when purchasing the car. Well I’m not the professional and I feel as though this dealership are ‘legal scammers’. To fix the situation I asked for a discount for them to fix the problem and salesperson solution was to sit me down and try to up sale me another vehicle. More
