i made an appointment to find out why my Stop Start feature was not working on my 2021 Jeep Renegade, I was told the problem could not be diagnosed because the battery was not at 100%. i asked which ba feature was not working on my 2021 Jeep Renegade, I was told the problem could not be diagnosed because the battery was not at 100%. i asked which battery. The service tech appeared confused with the question. He told me they would have to spend two hours charging the battery and I would be charged a fee for charging the battery. After the battery was charged to 100% they could diagnose the problem. None of this made sense to me as my Jeep has around 22,000 miles on it. I did not understand why I would be paying a fee for warranty work. This is the second time I have had in issue with Ryans service department. on another occasion the mechanic was pulled of my Jeep to work on someone elses and I sat there for over 6 hours waiting for mine to be completed. We bought our first vehicle from Ryan in Buffalo in 2018. There are very few car dealers you can trust, and Ryan Buffalo is one of them. My fav salesman retired but I will still go back. I've bought many vehicles, both personal and for business. When I found a vehicle I needed at Ryan Auto Mall I went there to buy it and have been goint to Ryan Auto Mall for purchases and service ev business. When I found a vehicle I needed at Ryan Auto Mall I went there to buy it and have been goint to Ryan Auto Mall for purchases and service ever since. That was quite a few vehicles and 10 years ago. I travel south now 7 months of the year and make sure I get all my service and other needs taken care of at Ryan while I am back in Minnesota. I wouldn't go anywhere else. More

Hard to believe but this dealership is up front and does not try to hide charges or fool you with smoke and mirrors.
