5/5 for overall experience. I wanted to ensure my purchase met my budget before I travelled over an hour to look at a vehicle. Shane took lead on this and worked with me to ensu I wanted to ensure my purchase met my budget before I travelled over an hour to look at a vehicle. Shane took lead on this and worked with me to ensure I was within my budget for the vehicle I wanted. All processes were easy and reassuring with the level of detail explained. The numbers quoted were the numbers presented when we did sit down to sign. It was truly a rarity in today’s world. After signing Shane took the time to explain features on the vehicle, set up my phone, go through some mechanics of hardware so I was not sent home with more questions than answers. Highly recommend this dealership and shout out to Shane for his patience with all my questions! More
