I had over $400. 00 of services completed. When I got home I had coupons from McLarty in my mailbox for some of the services I had done. I texted the service agent who 00 of services completed. When I got home I had coupons from McLarty in my mailbox for some of the services I had done. I texted the service agent who assisted me and asked if he could apply any of the coupons to my total. I got no response. I got another text from the service manager and texted him about the possibility of applying the coupons. I got no response. I bought my car at the dealership and have had all my maintenance done there. I will not be going back. I’m in the customer service business and expect professional assistance and did not receive it.
