Great people and service!! I have dealt with this dealership since 1992. Of course it was not McLarty but over the years, some of the same people have helped me. Recently had some issues and they were taken care of in a timely, helpful, and professional manner. Would not use another Honda dealership and I don't live in LR. Poor service. I have to wait for 2 hours and my problem was never resolved. I brought my Honda Pilot because there was bubbles on the inside driver side door. They I have to wait for 2 hours and my problem was never resolved. I brought my Honda Pilot because there was bubbles on the inside driver side door. They told me I probably hit it with something that caused the bubbles and that’s impossible. You don’t see any scratches or scrapes on the leather. More

Sales great Took care of couple of issues but Never did the work on scratched vehicle and service center had vehicle 3 different times and even said the vehicle Took care of couple of issues but Never did the work on scratched vehicle and service center had vehicle 3 different times and even said the vehicle needed to stay overnight because it was getting repaired/ painted but when we picked up car the next day vihicle was not touched as service department said it would be If your not going to do the repairs or don’t want to do the repairs just say so. Don’t tell your customers your going to do work on their vehicle and then don’t even attempt repairs. That’s not the way to retain customers. More

Super quick ans great service I always come here for my oil changes/service on my Civic and theyre always so helpful.
