No points were added to my account for the services today. Michael told me there would be points added. The wait for an oil change/alignment was 2.5 hours. If it weren’t for Michael coming to check on today. Michael told me there would be points added. The wait for an oil change/alignment was 2.5 hours. If it weren’t for Michael coming to check on me, it would’ve been longer. I got to the appointment at 930am and the texted link said appointment wouldn’t be done until 5pm. I believe the service center was backed up and prevented effective communication. While waiting a gentleman brought some popcorn and a person from the floor checked on me during the wait. I brought 4 children during last oil change and we were in and out in 30min. I just think this visit was a bit unorganized. More

Shane is absolutely the best! He stayed in constant communication with me about my car and tried his best to get the issue resolved as soon as they possibly could. And even though He stayed in constant communication with me about my car and tried his best to get the issue resolved as soon as they possibly could. And even though it was not possible, which was out of his control, he was transparent about the situation which allowed me to make other arrangements for transportation. This is the type of customer service that all organizations need and should require. I want to hire him for my company 😊. Again, great job! More
