Good inventory, good layout of dealership. Easy to schedule vehicle service and appointments with the sales team. Everyone works to make sure you are comfortable while you are there. Over the past month, we have been through quite a process, and the personnel accompanied us through it all. We had a vehicle needing service, we had visits to the dealership to look at both previously owned vehicles and brand new ones, we traded in a vehicle, and we ended up purchasing a new one. We went through moments of incertitude and doubt. We had many questions. Everyone at the dealership offered their time and expertise, really listened, and helped us clarify what option would end up being the best for us. I asked them if the water leak would be fixed and they said yes but they didn’t tell me that there could be a possibility of something else they don’t see after they did me a quote for $12,000 worth of re said yes but they didn’t tell me that there could be a possibility of something else they don’t see after they did me a quote for $12,000 worth of repair on my car I pick up my vehicle and it’s worse than it was before. Yes, the water pump is fixed, but I wanted the water leak to be done. If there was a possibility of another leak reoccurring I would have waited until I had the money to have a running vehicle or purchased another vehicle to get me to and from to work very disappointed I called and nobody has called to reach back out to me. More

My wife and I purchased a 2013 2. 4L Chevy Equinox on 11/10/2023 from Gateway Clearance with approx 134,000 miles on it. We really liked the car and the purchase experience was great. Unfortunately after approx 1,000 miles driving we brought it in to Gateway Service for a check engine light on March 19, 2024 and discovered the engine repairs would be very costly. I contacted Andrew McDonnell, Sales Manager at Gateway Clearance, and after reviewing the situation he agreed to work with me on resolving the issue. I would also like to compliment Shane Monjeau, Service Adviser at Gateway Chevrolet Service and anyone else who was involved in producing a positive outcome out of a negative situation. More
