I asked them if the water leak would be fixed and they said yes but they didn’t tell me that there could be a possibility of something else they don’t see after they did me a quote for $12,000 worth of re said yes but they didn’t tell me that there could be a possibility of something else they don’t see after they did me a quote for $12,000 worth of repair on my car I pick up my vehicle and it’s worse than it was before. Yes, the water pump is fixed, but I wanted the water leak to be done. If there was a possibility of another leak reoccurring I would have waited until I had the money to have a running vehicle or purchased another vehicle to get me to and from to work very disappointed I called and nobody has called to reach back out to me. More

Unfortunately after approx 1,000 miles driving we brought it in to Gateway Service for a check engine light on March 19, 2024 and discovered the engine repairs would be very costly. I contacted Andrew McDonnell, Sales Manager at Gateway Clearance, and after reviewing the situation he agreed to work with me on resolving the issue.
