I've never been so close to walking out of a dealership during negotiations. They do not negotiate in good faith so don't expect an exceptional experience. It's the same as any other stereotypical dealersh during negotiations. They do not negotiate in good faith so don't expect an exceptional experience. It's the same as any other stereotypical dealership I've worked with which is not a positive endorsement. They refused to increase the credit on my trade in even though "It's the cleanest one I've ever seen." Carmax instant offer was 10% higher and there was a listing online with one for sale that was 60% over what they were offering so they had a lot of room but refused to move. I did my research on what my trade in was worth. I knew they’d list it on the lot for $30K. But they insisted they’d have to list it for $25K. When it was listed, it was listed for $29K, so I consider that a bold face lie in negotiations. They got the first sale from me only because of the unique truck I was buying. They will not be getting a second sale in the future regardless of what vehicle they have. In regard to my interaction with Scott specifically. I replied to a generic email he sent immediately after the purchase because I didn't get all my paperwork on the USB drive. He did not reply but my salesperson did. Scott replied to my Google review asking to contact him so I emailed him again. He never replied. Both these interactions show he wants to put on a display of caring about the customer, but the actions speak otherwise. They have my money but think twice about giving them yours. My interaction with the finance department was good. They got a good rate and the missing paperwork was an honest mistake. Files probably just didn't copy. The only negative was them still being required to push extended warranties and services. I was negotiating on out the door pricing so this was annoying. More

No games no secret accessories that Kunes tried to spring on me. Kendall was awesome and went to bat for me when I wanted a better rate. Quick easy painless process. What you want in a car buying experience. This is my 23rd new vehicle and I've dealt with some shady dealerships. This isn't one of them. More
