I was referred to Shane Harney by a friend who has dealt with Shane for years. He was exceptional. I love that he was very low pressure to purchase a car. I had already decided what I wanted and he didn’t try to make me change my choice to a more expensive vehicle. It was near the end of the month so he could have pressured me to buy a car on the lot. They didn’t have the vehicle I wanted on the lot but they were receiving a shipment in a few days. When it came in he immediately texted me it was there and I texted all pertinent information to him. This saved me at least an hour of getting the paperwork ready. Nate Bird did all our financial paperwork. Very efficient and timely. Shane explained all the features of the car very thoroughly. The whole experience very enjoyable and I will definitely be returning when I need another car. More
